Your meetings end. The work doesn’t.

Scripta turns meeting notes into decisions and action items

Write rough points during the call. Scripta rewrites them into clean minutes, with every decision and commitment tracked to done.

Record from your browser or bring any transcript — nothing of Scripta’s ever joins your call.

Sound familiar?

The meeting went fine. It’s the week after that falls apart.

Three ways the work a meeting creates goes missing — and what it looks like when it doesn’t.

“The write-up never gets done.”

The meeting ends and the record already exists — what was decided, who owes what, by when. Nobody spends their evening reconstructing it, and nobody is chased for notes that never come.

“We decided this three weeks ago. Why are we deciding it again?”

Every decision keeps its reasoning and its date, findable in seconds. The argument that was settled stays settled — and when someone asks why, the answer is one search away instead of one meeting away.

“Everyone agreed. Then nothing happened.”

Commitments leave the room with an owner and a date, and you can see at a glance which decisions actually got done — and which quietly stalled — without asking anyone to fill in a status report.

FAQ

Questions worth asking first

Does Scripta record my meetings?
Only if you press record — and it happens in your own browser, on every plan including Free. No bot of Scripta's ever joins your call. You can just as well import a transcript from Zoom, Meet, Teams, Otter or Fireflies, or paste your own notes, and Scripta turns it into a working workspace either way.
Can I collaborate with clients or people outside my company?
Yes. Share a workspace with external guests using scoped permissions — view only, comment, or full edit, set per workspace.
How accurate are the AI-generated action items?
Good enough to review, not to trust blindly. Scripta shows each item next to the part of the conversation it came from, so a ten-second check confirms it. You can edit, reassign or delete anything.
What can I export?
Minutes print to PDF through your browser's own dialogue, and your meetings, tasks and files export to CSV — none of that needs a paid plan. On a paid plan you can also send a link to the write-up, which stays current as the work progresses.
What happens to my data?
It is yours. Encrypted in transit and at rest, and access-controlled per workspace — a request for a workspace you are not a member of returns nothing at all. You can delete meetings, files and entire workspaces yourself, and close the whole account from Settings → Data — with one guard: a workspace where colleagues are still members refuses the deletion rather than destroying their minutes. We do not train models on your meeting content.
What is the Follow-Through Matrix?
A live answer to “did the things we decided actually happen?”. Every decision sits in one of five states — delivered, moving, drifting, stale, or nothing linked to it yet — and a follow-through rate is counted from real due dates and real completions. Nobody fills anything in: the matrix reads the record your meetings already produce, and a Monday digest emails whatever needs attention.
Do I need to change how my team already meets?
No. Keep your calendar, your video tool and your recorder. Scripta only handles what happens after.
