Is Scripta another meeting recorder?
No, and deliberately so. Otter, Fireflies, Granola, Zoom and Teams all compete on capturing the call. Scripta competes on the days afterwards — import a transcript from any of them and Scripta takes it from there.
Who is it for?

How far along is it?
Early. Accounts, workspaces with role-based access, and the meeting record are built. We'd rather describe the current state accurately than the roadmap ambitiously.
