Pricing

Start free, upgrade when it earns it.

One flat price per workspace. No per-meeting charge, no bundle of minutes to run down, and nothing that costs more because a call ran long.

What you are paying for

One subscription, four jobs

Scripta does not sit in your calls. It starts with the transcript you already have and ends with a record your team can act on — which is the part that usually never gets written.

Minutes you did not write

Bring the transcript. The assistant drafts, and rewrites on request.

It is given the transcript, the agenda and the attendees, and it is told not to invent a decision, an owner, a date or a figure. With nothing to work from it says so rather than producing convincing minutes of a meeting it never saw.

Best for: Anyone whose meetings are recorded and then never written up.

Decisions with their evidence

Every extracted row carries the line it came from — checked, not trusted.

The model is asked for a verbatim quote, and that quote is then searched for in your transcript. Anything it cannot be found in is dropped before it reaches you, and the number dropped is shown, so a short list reads as a short list.

Best for: Teams where “we agreed that” has to survive being questioned later.

A workspace, not a document

Meetings, minutes, decisions, files and comments in one shared place.

Four roles — viewer, commenter, editor, admin — and the boundary is enforced in the database rather than by the interface. A request for a meeting in a workspace you are not in returns nothing at all, not a hidden button.

Best for: Anyone who has emailed minutes around as an attachment.

The email you keep forgetting

The agenda goes out when you create the meeting. Cancellations go out too.

Attendees are addresses you type — no account needed on their side. A cancellation names the reason and the note you gave, and a meeting with nobody else on it says there is nobody to tell rather than pretending to send.

Best for: Recurring meetings that keep starting with “what are we covering?”

What actually counts against a plan

Only one thing is metered, and it is not meetings. Everything else in the product is unlimited on every tier, including the free one.

One write-up = one meeting

A write-up is claimed the first time the AI works on a meeting, and never again for that meeting. After that it is yours: refine the draft, ask a follow-up, re-extract, as often as you like.

That is deliberate. A refinement turn costs us about a fortieth of the first one, because your transcript is already cached — so charging for it would only teach people to accept a worse first draft.

On Pro and Team the allowance is shared by the whole workspace, not handed out per person. Ten people sharing 150 costs what one person using 150 costs, which is what lets headcount rise without the price rising with it.

Pick the one that fits the room

Every tier is a flat price, not a per-seat one. Free and Solo hold one person; Pro and Team hold up to three and up to ten who share a single allowance.

Questions

Before you sign up

What is an AI write-up?
One meeting the AI has worked on. It is counted the first time the assistant drafts minutes for that meeting or decisions are extracted from it — and then never again for that meeting. Refining the draft, asking a follow-up or re-extracting costs nothing more, however many times you do it. Creating meetings is unlimited on every plan.
Is there an annual plan?
Yes — paying yearly is 20% cheaper than paying monthly, and it is charged once a year. You choose monthly or yearly when you pick a plan, and you can see both figures side by side before anything is charged. Your allowances are identical either way; annual changes the price, not what you get.
I have four people. Do I need Team?
No. Pro holds three and takes extra people at $9 each, bringing 30 write-ups apiece — so four people is $28 a month, not $49. That stays cheaper until seven, where Pro plus four extras reaches $55 and Team's flat $49 wins. Nobody is pushed up a tier by one colleague.
Does Scripta record or join my meetings?
It never joins — no bot of Scripta's ever sits in your meeting. Recording is yours to start: every plan can record from your own browser and Scripta transcribes it — Free includes 225 recording minutes a month — about five 45-minute meetings — and paid plans include 1,200 to 6,000, pooled across the workspace. Or bring the transcript or notes from whatever recorder you already use — Zoom, Meet, Teams, Otter, Fireflies, a forwarded email, an uploaded file, or text you paste — and Scripta turns that into minutes, decisions and action items either way.
Who can see a meeting?
Only members of the workspace it is in, and that is enforced by the database rather than by the interface in front of it. Every table carries a per-workspace policy, so a request for someone else's meeting returns nothing at all.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Minutes export to PDF through your browser's own print dialogue, and your meetings, tasks and files export to CSV from Settings → Data. Neither needs a paid plan.
Will the price change before launch?
It might. These are the numbers we plan to launch with, published now so nobody is surprised later. If they move, this page moves with them.

Try it on your last meeting

Bring a transcript you already have. If the minutes are not better than the ones nobody wrote, you have lost ten minutes.
