One-on-one meeting notes
A one-on-one only works if what was agreed actually happens: the task moved to next sprint, the feedback promised the same day. Without notes, both sides remember it differently by the next week.
- Commitments on both sidesWhat the manager promised is a task too, with a date, so it gets done.
- Private by workspaceNotes live in a workspace you control; only people you add can see them.
- Open items, before the next oneBefore the next one-on-one, Scripta shows what’s still open from the last.

Questions
Who can see one-on-one notes?
Only people in the workspace they’re in. Use a separate workspace for one-on-ones if you don’t want your wider team to see them.
Should I record one-on-ones?
Only if both of you agree. Many people prefer to type a few notes and let Scripta turn them into tasks.
Does a bot join the call?
No. Nothing of Scripta’s joins your call. You record from your browser, or bring the transcript your call tool or recorder already makes.
Can I use my own notes instead of a transcript?
Yes. Paste or type your notes and Scripta drafts the minutes and tasks from them.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan needs no card and includes AI write-ups and recording minutes every month. Paid plans add more of both, and seats for a team.
