Planning notes for product teams
Roadmap meetings decide what gets built and, just as often, what doesn’t. Six months later a customer asks for the feature again and nobody can find why it was dropped, so the debate starts from zero.
- Why it was cut, keptDecisions are stored with their reasoning and the line they came from, so “we decided not to because…” survives the quarter.
- Search every planning meetingAsk Sofia what was decided about offline mode, and get the answer with the meetings it came from.
- See what happened nextThe follow-through view shows which decisions turned into work and which went quiet.
